Click Harder (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Geneva Audio Tours mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

We do not collect any personal information, including:

Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Location or GPS data
Device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID, Apple ID, Android ID)
Financial or payment information
Contacts, photos, or files from your device
User accounts or login credentials

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only (never transmitted to our servers):

App preferences: Theme setting (light/dark), WiFi-only download preference
Playback progress: Your position in audio tracks so you can resume listening
Downloaded content: Audio files and images you choose to download for offline use

This local data is stored in the app’s private storage area and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

Anonymous Usage Information

To improve our App and understand which content is most popular, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics:

Play counts: When an audio track is played, a counter is incremented on our server. No user identifier is attached to this data.
App events: Such as which screens are viewed and which features are used. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify individual users.

We do not collect search queries, only the length of search terms to understand usage patterns.

How We Use Information

The anonymous usage data we collect is used to:

Understand which audio tours and content are most popular
Improve the App’s features and user experience
Fix bugs and technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data at risk.

Third-Party Services

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, this applies to all age groups.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information:

There is no personal data to access, correct, or delete
Local app data is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App
You can clear local data at any time through your device’s app settings

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the “Last Updated” date.
